Holiday Update

Hey folks, happy Saturday.

About time I finally post this…on time, huh?

Sorry this month has been so inconsistent, it’s just been a rough ride the last few weeks. Sadly, don’t have much to report for that reason. Still pounding my head against Session 9, when I have the time, but due to some change in plans, I have to completely upend my sleeping schedule right before Christmas.

See, for those of you that don’t know, I work a night shift to make ends meet while I keep at this whole writing thing. It’s a good job and I’m very blessed to have it, though it does come with it’s own hangups, like all jobs. Anyway, that means I’m used to sleeping most of the day and working most of the night.

Now, I have a flight to catch early in the morning. I could try and stay up all night, as usual, for the early flight, but that’s not possible. See, I have confession: I hate flying. It is the worst. I’ve had my fair share of flights throughout my life, and there are several constants. It is always cramped, uncomfortable, and a hassle. So, I don’t expect to get any sleep on that flight.

Meaning I need to go from night owl to early bird.

This will be fun.

Anyway, for that reason, I’m not expecting to make any progress until after I’ve returned next Friday. So you’ll need to bare with another couple of boring updates like this one.

If you guys have anything you want me to talk about next time, feel free to comment. I’m not necessarily an open book, but I’m happy to share enough to keep y’all entertained.

But that’s for enough for this week. Hope you all have a great weekend and an even better Christmas! And for those that don’t celebrate Christmas, I hope you enjoy the holiday season in your own way. Whether that be through another holiday, or just enjoying a three day weekend!

Until next week, guys!
