March Madness: A Busy Season of New Opportunities

Hello folks!

I don’t know about you guys, but March has flown by!

For better and worse, it was a busy, busy time.

Some reasons are obvious, taxes are never fun, nor are they simple in my case. Adding to that were several other personal factors that made this month quite a busy one.

On top of that, the winds of change have blown hard these past few weeks, and possibilities I never expected or even considered possible have opened before me.

While I am not yet ready to go into detail, let me just say they are good possibilities! Hopefully I’ll more to share on how exactly in the coming months, but similar to job hunting, it always pays to wait until you know for certain before sharing.

As for writing, it’s been a bit slow. I somewhat anticipated this, but it was still less than I hoped. Part of this was due to getting sick a week ago really draining what little energy I had remaining, but suffice it to say it was already too little too late at that point.

I have around 33 pages written in my second book, with the majority coming in the Prologue. I won’t begin sharing early drafts again until I’m far enough ahead I know I can keep the schedule consistent long term. I would hate to start posting chapters and leaving you all in the lurch after some cliffhanger, after all!

Thankfully, outside a family gathering, I expect April to be far less hectic. So writing and pursuing these other possibilities should all be easier.

Until then, I wish you all a great weekend and pray you all have a blessed Easter. God bless you and see you all next month!
