Hello, everyone. Happy Wednesday!

So this update comes a little earlier than usual, but I have good reason for it. In case you all forgot in the weeks since my last update, I will be providing some fun story stuff for the spooky season!

For patrons, I’ll be releasing some content for my Lovecraft inspired horror story, A Cry from Silence tomorrow! They are both items that will be part of the actual story, just released early to whet the appetite and since I was struck by inspiration recently.

Alongside that, on all social medias, I will be undertaking a two sentence horror story challenge I devised for myself! Every day of October, I will release a two sentence horror story. Rules for the story are simple, I have to do my best to make it scary, I must avoid repeating myself as much as possible, and I must use all my favorite horror settings at least once. The last one is more to make it easier to keep up variety, but it also will hopefully inspire some good scares as well. In case you’re wondering, here is a list of settings: Space, forests, caves, oceans, the dark, abandoned locales, and the dark corners of the world. Seven settings over thirty-one days should offer enough variety, and each has enough meat on the bones to give me at least a few good ideas for scares.

On Halloween itself, I will then publicly release the content from A Cry from Silence on here for all to read, but the patrons will also get a special bonus in the first sneak peek at the Prologue to Ocean’s Heart! Yes, that’s right. Progress may be slow on the official release thanks to some circumstances outside my control, but I can still share some good content for everyone to enjoy!
